It doesn’t matter if you run, walk, ride, slide, or CLIMB in LCC. Today is the last day to comment on the disastrous gondola proposal.

Here’s a few points of contention:
- it does little to ease traffic but increases ski area users by 20%
- 550 MILLION dollar price tag serves a single user group, to a singular location, to not solve the problem that limited people experience less than 50 days a year. 🤦🏼‍♂️
- There’s other options (tolling, reservations, public transport…) which actually mitigate traffic, do no damage to the canyon, and cost a fraction of this proposal.

Bottom line? The gondola is a ludicrous construct meant to serve a few at the cost of many.
