I sometimes get asked why I charge so much per edit. The reason is that I’m not just slapping a filter on this, blurring the skin, and applying that to 20+ images at a time. No texture is ever harmed in the making of my photos and those smooth transitions luminosity, hue, and saturation are drawn one brush stroke at a time. This is the way 😂

Kelly was the perfect candidate for bringing this idea to life: the nuanced emotions we most all sometimes feel in a professional setting. He was the perfect because we’ve done professional headshots before and we could see the stark different that lighting, nuanced expression, and aperture settings do to an image.
