Sitting around a fire is just something else. Life has been nonstop, with really no time to stop and ponder. I haven’t taken any photos with the exception of the ones I took my for my friend and it’s already May. Life’s just been difficult and no time to have to myself or even the ambition to want to do anything. There is so much negativity now in the world I really should get out and enjoy the world god has created for us. The other day I was asked why I do photography and I had to think. It came down to one thing. My grandmother is blind and I hope to one day show her all the beautiful things I have been able to capture. I think it’s the biggest reason I got into photography. Enjoy this beautiful photo and a fire with a passing sunset in the background.

Took these for my friend scotthatfieldutah who running for congress last Saturday. I’ve been busy with life things I just got around today to being able to sit down and do them. I think these turned out much better than my last set did. There was a few that didn’t turn out and I also noticed that my camera is leaving red dots on places, I am thinking my camera may need to be retired. I am pretty sure it’s got over 100K shutter clicks so she’s been through the paces. I think I got them all off the pictures but if you see them you know why lol. Any feedback is welcome. This is still something I am working on and want to possibly get into more.

I little something out of normal. A portrait shoot for a friend who’s running for Congress. Early morning shoots are not my usual go to cause shadows and lighting is really difficult. I’ll be honest there was a few that just didn’t turn out and some that were great. These are some of my favorites.
