Today’s sunset… Wow. I was sitting on the couch when my mom pointed it out to me. Looked out the window and basically ran to the car. Drove just down the street and got these awesome pictures. It pays to live in a rural town.

Went out tonight and took pictures of the . These imagines turned out amazing. None of the night ones for my main camera turned out unfortunately. I thought I fixed the problem but I guess not lol. It’s probably time to retire and get a new camera. Also that sunset! God knows how to paint a painting! Anyways, let me know your thoughts. I may go back out tomorrow. I want to get pictures of the planes dropping the retardant.

On our way home we drove past the Iron Fire that is burning in Utah. It was a sight to see and a humble reminder that fires are destructive and dangerous. Watched on spot grow rapidly as we approached the area. They are at 9% containment as of this post and over 30K acres. Thankfully and by the grace of god watching over the town, Eureka was saved. Seeing the videos and imagines that fire fighters posted fighting the fire that night are the most terrifying pictures I have seen. You have to have some courage to stand toe to toe with a fire raging like that. Utah needs some prayers for rain and to gain these fires under control. Weather this week isn’t looking to promising.
