I have not done this for a very long time… but I am opening my July schedule for a few photo sessions! ☀️
Sessions will be sweet and simple like the examples attached of my kids.
I have four times available:

I’ve been pretty quiet lately. I haven’t been scheduling any photo sessions for the past few months as I heal my body and regain my energy from a recent hypothyroidism diagnosis. For coming up on a year now, my fatigue level has been insane and didn’t allow for any extra energy to do photography (being a mom and a teacher was my limit! 😴). I’m still not there and need more time, but I’m hopeful to begin taking sessions again in the (hopefully near) future.
I hope you all are enjoying this turn to Spring and sunshine! I pray for health and happiness for everyone! 💛☀️
P.S. If any of my photography friends are in need of a second shooter/assistant as busy season approaches, I’d be honored to be considered as I ease back in to the photography world! ❤️📷

I had the absolute honor of meeting Miss Adelyn today and taking her pictures. What a sweetie!
Smiley baby photos are my absolute favorite! It makes me feel like they are happy and comfortable with me, which is my #1 goal during a newborn session!

I recently had to submit my photography story, and I wanted to share what I wrote...
The start of my business, Humble Heart Photography, and my continued journey as a photographer swirls around my greatest accomplishment - my kids. My desire to be home with my kids when they were babies was made possible by photography. I will forever be grateful for those years and moments. As life goes on and my kids get older, my photography has webbed & flowed with our changing schedules, opportunities, and circumstances. As I grow as a mom, I grow as a photographer. My photography has been a steadfast component of my life through the best years of my life - my years of motherhood. With so much gratitude towards photography, I put my heart and soul into each photo I take and each session I complete. My main goal is for my photography to be as big of a blessing to others as it is to me!

There is just something about this image that I love! It oozes of being at peace and mindful of the moment. The sun popped out and the wind was going crazy, but I told Courtney to close her eyes and soak it all in. She nailed it!
