CLASS OF 2027 📸 it’s your turn 🎓✨

Senior year is one of those seasons that somehow feels like it lasts forever and goes by in a blink.

Your senior photos should capture more than what you look like right now. They should feel like you, your personality, your style, your confidence, and this incredible moment between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming.

I’m now booking Class of 2027 senior sessions!

Fall dates are already beginning to fill, so if senior photos are on your list, now is the perfect time to get your session on my calendar.

“Thank u. They are so beautiful. We feel so beautiful. Thank u!!”

The best compliment I can receive from a client 🥰💕

Making people feel as beautiful as they truly are is my favorite part of this job. ❤️

The best photographs don’t just capture how you look, they remind you how you felt in that moment. When you leave your session feeling more confident than when you arrived, that’s when I know, I’ve done my job.

Event photography is one of my favorites to capture!

The energy in the room.
The laughter.
The excitement.
The connection.
And all those little moments people don’t even realize are happening until they see them in a photograph.

I had so much fun capturing this Dancing Date Night for the Marion Polk Medical Society, hosted by talented Tanie Hotan and her dance partner at the stunning Andante Vineyard .

From beautiful performances and professional dance lessons, to watching guests step onto the dance floor themselves, this was such a fun evening to photograph!

Planning an event? I’d love to capture it for you.

For nearly 2 years now, I’ve been studying, training, and facilitating something that has genuinely changed my life: breathwork.

I’ve seen firsthand how intentional breathing can help calm anxiety, reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, improve athletic performance, and create a sense of clarity that so many of us are craving. It’s simple, backed by science, and something every single person can learn.

This Saturday, July 25, from 12:00–2:00 PM, I’ll be leading my Breathe to Regulate workshop at Common People Yoga in Downtown Salem.

During our time together, you’ll:

🫁 Learn how your nervous system responds to stress
🧠 Understand the role of the vagus nerve in emotional regulation
💛 Practice breathing techniques you can use in everyday life
✨ Experience a deeply guided 60-minute breathwork session

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, burned out, constantly “on,” or you’re simply curious about what breathwork is all about, I’d love to have you join us.

No experience is needed. Just come as you are.

50 Hit Different This Year

This past year felt really off . . low energy, foggy, no focus, definitely not myself. (Turns out freaking perimenopause sucks ass 😖)

Honestly, I decided to skip my annual photoshoot this year. No excitement, no energy, just wanting to sleep on the couch. But each year I try to make it a priority to update my photos, it’s something I encourage my clients to do because I understand the importance of documenting life at each stage, even the stages we don’t like.

When a client had to cancel last minute, I decided to take that studio time for myself instead. I was a little nervous and unsure of how the photos would turn out, I am 50 after all, and this look was a little more revealing than my usual… It’s still very classy, sophisticated, and representative of who I am in this moment… But something inside me lacked confidence.

I’ve been a photographer for 20+ years. So many clients walk in sure I won’t get a beautiful photo of them. I get it, that’s why I chose to be behind the camera. But my favorite moment during every photoshoot is turning the camera around to show them just how beautiful the pictures are turning out and then watching someone realize: “I actually love this, it’s nothing like I pictured in my head.”

This year, I felt that moment myself. After taking several photos, I began sifting through them and suddenly that wave of surprise and delight came over me, I fell in love with the photos, I fell in love with myself at this age, I fell in love with the fact that I can still look and feel beautiful as I age gracefully and my body and everything changes.

I truly believe there’s nothing more powerful than a beautiful portrait of yourself, one that you’re proud of, one that you love to show off, one that reminds you of all the beauty everyone else sees when they look at you.

If you’ve ever struggled with these thoughts or feelings, or are going through something similar, please reach out… Let’s chat, I would love to take your portrait, I would love the opportunity to change the way you see yourself

✨ Friend Feature Today ✨

I am so excited to share this incredible woman with you today.

I met about a year ago when she and Lorissa brought me onto the team at and from day one, she has been one of the most radiant, kind, and genuinely loving people I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing.

Kym continuously shows up to the studio at least 30 minutes early so that she can personally welcome every single person who walks through that door and help guide them to the right class, while at the same time she saying goodbye to each member as they leave from the previous class. She shares her gift of making you feel seen with everyone she talks to.

Between her love of yoga, lifting, photography, and van life adventures with her husband, Kym’s energy is infectious. But what I admire most is the way she makes real connection seem effortless.

📸 It’s an honor to be able to photograph this woman and when Kym had an upcoming retreat and needed updated photos for her flyers and marketing, I was so excited to help create these beautiful images that reflect just how strong, radiant, and loving this woman is.

Kym, thank you for being exactly who you are. The world needs more of your light. 💛

Recently, I had the honor of capturing the PNW premiere of Suck It Up, Buttercup at the Tomorrow Theater. All the excitement with a packed house and a documentary with something real to say.

Documenting events of all types brings me to places I would have never experienced, and I truly enjoy capturing the emotion, the moment, and all the excitement!!

Premieres, panels, fundraisers, conferences if your event deserves to be remembered, I’d love to shoot it. 📸 DM me or link in bio for booking details.
