I’m pretty sure that even if I could stay awake for 24 hours a day and work for a week straight, I STILL wouldn’t be caught up on my editing. lol. I’m trying so hard guys 🤣

Photographers this time of year truly need a coffee, a hug and zero interruptions for 74 business days straight.

Oh man guys. I’m so terribly at social media. I try so hard to keep you all updated but this time of year is soooo insane that it’s quite impossible to add even one more to do to my list.

I just am so grateful for my beautiful clients who continue to trust me year after year after year. What a honor it is to capture the people you truly love most in the world ♥️

I take macro images like this every single session. While you may not choose them for a large wall art, you will be forever grateful you have them. Did you know newborns feet are only curled like this for a short time? Part of the reason I want to capture it!

Because welcoming a new baby is a family event 😍

Did you know that family and sibling images are always included in your newborn session? it is NEVER an extra fee. Because I believe these memories are just as special to your older kiddos as they are to anyone else. Someday they will be teenagers and will look up and see their sweet baby faces on the wall and will feel a security in their hearts. Knowing they were loved from the beginning. And that they are wanted. Safe. Treasured. Accepted. What better gift could we give our children?! ♥️

My Darling boyzz turned 5 (YES FIVE!!!) on Saturday, and we are in Montana for their very first time with their grandpa having the time of our lives. So many firsts for them, and getting to show them were I grew up has been a dream come true. Every morning when they wake up they ask “mom, are we still in Pontana?“ (Montana 😂) and I get to say YES!

We got to meet their very first cousin, and hang out with both my brothers and Sister-in-law in WA for a couple days, and then we drove the rest of the way to our tiny town in MT. called St. Ignatius where I grew up. I took them to a waterpark on their birthday, had a fun slip and slide set up at grandpas house. and we went out to dinner, where Zander told the waitress “thank you, I LOVE YOU!!” and then later “thank you grandpa for such a fun day. It was really special to me” 🥹

It has sadly been smokey here so the mountains have been hard to see, but it made for a really fun photoshoot. 🙂

We are leaving tomorrow, and I am already sad to say goodbye to my dad and this beautiful place. But will cherish these memories all my life. ❤

Looking forward to being at the coast next week with my four families for our Coastal Sessions!

Ok but is this not the cutest thing you’ve ever seen?? 😍 I love getting these personality images during your session! Typically baby will be awake and content for a portion of your time here and that’s when we do these images! They are always some of my favorites!

Sessions with me are a bit of posed images and a bit of lifestyle images but always with a beautiful outcome. ♥️

Motherhood Minis are officially open for booking! 🤍

Sooo I had planned to have full “in use” photos ready, but one of the main backdrop pieces is taking a little longer to arrive than I’d hoped. 🙄

The cutest little bear 🧸

Every week I get multiple frantic emails of ”HELP! my baby is a month old and we didn’t think we wanted photos but we do now! When is the soonest you can get us in?!”

I promise I will do everything I can to help find a spot for you but there is never a guarantee. It completely depends on the week and month, and most of the time I do not have an opening last minute.

So if you are currently pregnant and even THINKING about booking, please PLEASE reach out! I know it’s easy to wait and think it’s Something you can do later on… but the reality is that you won’t have the time after baby comes to research and book a photographer. And even if you do, they may not have available for a bit and you might miss out on that tiny sleepy window after they are born.

Booking early ensures that your photographer has a spot for you, any communication about wants or desires from the session have already happened, outfits have been ordered, and all that’s left to do is wait for baby. ❤️

My goal is to make this process as easy as possible on new parents and booking early is key!
