Lately, I’ve been noticing how much pressure so many of us are under, whether it’s finances, work, stress, or just life hitting all at once. It’s real, and it’s heavy.

But here’s a quick reminder: try to focus on the positive, even if it’s something small. Being alive, having another day, another chance, that alone is priceless.

Things might be hard right now, but staying stuck in stress and negativity won’t change the situation. What can change is how we face it. Take a breath, reset, and keep moving forward one step at a time.

You know what… it’s time to start posting more hikes. 🌲☀️

Every year I ask myself how I’ve lived in Oregon this long, especially being someone who loves the sun so much. And honestly, the answer is simple—spring and summer here are just unreal. When the skies open up and everything comes to life, there’s no place I’d rather be.

If you’re into hiking, camping, swimming, or just getting lost in nature for a bit… you’re exactly where you need to be. That’s what makes Oregon special. The winters might test your patience, but man… it makes the bright days feel earned.

This clip was shot on the DJI Osmo pocket 3, and I feel like I’m finally dialing in the colors the way I want. Took some time learning how to properly work with that D-Log look, but it’s paying off. Now with the DJI Osmo pocket 4 out, I’ve thought about upgrading… just not sure I’m ready to make that jump yet. For now, the Osmo 3 is still doing exactly what I need it to do.

Okay, I haven’t been super active lately, and that’s on me. I’ve been busy, had a lot on my mind, but no more excuses. This is the shift.

One of the perks of being self-employed is that sometimes you can say yes to a last-minute adventure. 🙌
My wife and I were randomly invited to Bend, Oregon for the weekend, so we packed up and went to hang out with our friends Kash and Dylan. We explored a cave, planned a few more activities, and then quickly remembered… it’s winter 😅 so a lot of things were closed.

What really blew our minds was the Oregon weather. The day we arrived, Bend was dry, sunny, and beautiful. Literally the next day? Snowing. ❄️
Crazy, unpredictable, but honestly pretty magical. Oregon never fails to surprise us.
