One thing I really love doing; but honestly don’t do nearly as much as I’d like, is heading downtown and practicing some good old-fashioned street photography. 📸

This time, I had the pleasure of going out with Vibrant Real Estate Media to do some street photography… except I forgot my camera. 😂

So naturally, I improvised and started capturing some small video clips instead.

So… do we call this street videography now? 🎥😂

Either way, it was a great opportunity to get outside, experiment, observe, and keep practicing the craft. Every time we create, there’s something new to learn, and that’s one of my favorite parts of this journey.

Here’s to continuing to create, practice, and get better! 🙌

Okay, this is embarrassing… but it’s a true story. 😂

Nobody really tells you how to run a business unless you went to school for it. Unfortunately, I didn’t have that opportunity, so navigating entrepreneurship has been a learning experience every step of the way.

I’ve made mistakes, learned from them, adapted, and kept moving forward.

But now, I’m at a point where I know exactly what I want—and more importantly, I know what I need to do to get there.

So it’s time to press the gas. 🚀

Tomorrow, I’ll be posting my first ad in THREE YEARS. 🤯

It’s crazy to think about how much I’ve been able to accomplish without really advertising myself beyond showcasing my own work. But now it’s time to change that, put myself out there, outsource where I can, and start filling that pipeline.

Last Monday, July 27, 2026, members of the Salem, Oregon, community gathered at the Salem Public Library to voice their concerns during a public hearing regarding a proposed data center planned near our community.

Many residents shared concerns about the potential impact that large data centers can have on nearby neighborhoods, including the use of local resources and questions about whether the long-term benefits outweigh the costs. Others expressed frustration over the planning process, saying they felt the project lacked transparency, with discussions of NDAs and unanswered questions about who was involved in key decisions.

As for me, I believe there has to be a balance. I recognize the incredible benefits AI can bring to society, but I also believe projects of this scale should be carefully planned with the well-being of local communities in mind. Open communication, transparency, and public input should always be part of the process.

My hope is that we continue asking questions, staying informed, and making decisions that protect both innovation and the places we call home. By the time we fully understand the long-term consequences of these decisions, I hope it isn’t too late.

Nashville, Tennessee… the home of country music. 🤠🎸

What an incredible trip! Even though it was a short one and centered around a wedding, it turned into an unforgettable experience.

First of all, congratulations to Nick & Sierra! ❤️ It was an honor to capture such an amazing day for you both. I can’t wait to get all of your wedding photos edited and relive those memories.

But one of the biggest highlights of this trip was sharing it with my dad. We’ve never taken a fun trip together like this before, and getting to explore a new city, laugh, and create memories together is something I’ll always be grateful for.

On our last day, before our 3 p.m. flight, we woke up extra early to squeeze in one last adventure, exploring Centennial Park and enjoying a little more of what Nashville has to offer. Sometimes it’s those quiet moments before heading home that become some of the most memorable.
