Thinking about booking a photoshoot but worried you’re “awkward in front of the camera”? Perfect. That’s actually my specialty.

I have photographed:
• dads who stand like NPCs
• husbands who were “just there for support”
• toddlers fueled entirely by applesauce and violence
• couples who said “we don’t know what to do with our hands” 47 times
• teenagers who communicated only through sighs
• one golden retriever with better posing skills than all of us combined

And somehow?
The photos still came out magical every single time.

So no, you do not need to know how to pose.
You just need to show up.

HOT TAKE: Most photographers are underpaid, not overpriced. 👀

Photographers don’t make $300 an hour.
We make $300 per session… then spend hours planning, communicating with clients, driving, shooting, editing, delivering galleries, paying taxes, replacing gear, paying subscriptions, and running an entire business behind the scenes.

That ‘1 hour session’ is usually 5–7 hours of actual work.

After taxes and business expenses? That $300 becomes a whole lot less glamorous real quick. 😂

You’re not paying for someone to click a button for an hour.
You’re paying for experience, artistry, consistency, expensive equipment, and memories you can keep forever. ❤️
