Coastal Photographers Guild Join us for our monthly meetings!

The Coastal Photographers Guild provides local photographers in the Golden Isles an opportunity to meet other photographers and improve their photographic skills. We meet on the third Thursday of the month at Holy Nativity Episcopal Church, 615 Mallery St, Saint Simons Island, Georgia 31522. Social starts at 6 and meeting starts at 6:30 PM

The Big Photo Show, TBPS, is the Coastal Photographers Guild’s largest photography show of the year and is held in July.

Everyone has a camera on their phone! Here is your chance to learn how to take better photos! Mark your calendar for the Coastal Photographers Guild's June Meeting!

The Coastal Photographers Guild will hold its monthly meeting, Thursday, June 18, 2026, at the Holy Nativity Episcopal Church, 615 Mallery Street, St. Simons Island, Georgia. Social begins at 6:00 p.m., meeting at 6:30 p.m.

David Beckett, an accomplished photography instructor whose articles and photographs have appeared in international publications, will give a Zoom presentation entitled “The Camera in Your Pocket.” David will discuss technological advances for smartphones as well as basic and special features of cellphone photography. 📱

Join us to enhance your creativity and develop your cellphone photography skills! Photographers of all experience levels are welcome. It will also be shown via Zoom for Guild members. ✨✨✨

Don’t miss all the fun that members of the Coastal Photographers Guild are having this year!!! There are many exciting opportunities coming up over the next couple of months! ✨✨✨


The Coastal Photographers Guild provides local photographers in the Golden Isles and beyond an opportunity to meet other photographers, learn new photographic skills, enjoy special meetups and field trips with other members, and participate in the largest photography show in the region. Each month on the 3rd Thursday, we have a special speaker present in person or through a zoom presentation an interesting photography topic, a new style of photography or a post-processing editing technique. The Coastal Photographers Guild is proud to showcase our photographer’s work throughout the year around the Golden Isles through local exhibits, monthly photo assignments, social media topics, our website and more. Current members can take advantage of our large and growing library of photography resources on our website. Photographers of all skill levels are welcome to join!
