First home bout of 2020 had the two home teams fighting it out. Lots of new faces this year, and lots of good action. A lot of smiles after being hit, too...weird.

It was the last home bout of the season, with the two home teams playing like they were bitter rivals. Lots of new faces, many skating at home for the first time. Fast action and big hits (that I hope everyone is healing from), it was not a typical home team learning bout, that's for sure! I decided to shoot in black and white for the second half....I like the way they look.

Another great show from Blackheart Burlesque, with some new faces and new acts. Cleodora is awful bendy, and I have to apologize to anyone who shared the stage with Clair, since my camera seems to just stay on her when she's up there. If you missed this show in Tallahassee, you missed a good time!

Another great bout at home with the Legiskators taking home the win. Lots of quick jams getting points and calling it off, and a couple that went the full 2 minutes. Some big hits - part of the sport - but I also was close enough to hear a couple times someone ask "are you okay?" Great sportsmanship, and a great game!

This was a tough bout. TRG took a loss on Saturday night but it was to a great team. Bradentucky was great at blocking, jamming, and getting quick points and calling off the jam before TRG could get theirs. Great game play and sports(wo)manship all around. As hard as it was, TRG never quit, and everybody kept smiling through the night.
