Wondering when the best time for maternity photos are? Personally, I believe 26-32 weeks is the best time. Even sooner if your belly is showing enough. This is when you usually feel your best, have a nice bump, and are still comfortable.

If you want pictures with your little ones smiling, then you need to interact with them. Forget trying to get traditional posing and saying “cheese” type photos. Sometimes that can still work, but don’t stress if it doesn’t. Have fun as a family & I will do my best to capture the moment.

I had sunrise maternity photos planned & when we got to the location, the humidity was INSANE. This poor mama to be looked at me with fear in her eyes as her hair frizzed up in what felt like seconds.

We decided to end the session and figure out a plan B. I found this amazing studio we could rent for the hour. You get a 3000sf studio all to yourself! It made photos so much more enjoyable for the parents to be!

I highly recommend
