i found myself worse off because of a healthy habit i was trying to implement?

i realized that healthy habits don’t exist in a vacuum, and once I stopped brute-forcing it and started building the “smaller” habits that exist around it, THAT is when the benefits of waking up early kicked in

i’ve been there where your “dream job” comes with all the comforts that slowly dull you and take away your drive. next thing you know you’re not proud of your work or the person you’ve become

sometimes life pushes you forward without you even being aware of what’s happening, and all you can do is lean into it and build something that truly matters to you

it’s scary, it’s uncertain, it’s uncomfortable. it’s also the most important thing you can do

i’m learning to do that myself and learning to have patience with my own process.
