Weddings spark so many emotions and I definitely cried several times behind my camera during this wedding. (But seriously I was swiping my eyes as I was snapping pics 😂) I loved how vulnerable Lexi and Brogan showed up to their day and I know it left a permanent memory for everyone attending who witnessed their tender love and affection 🤍

In case you missed it in my stories here is a little update 🤍

Lots of life has happened over the past 1.5 to 2 years (engaged, married, moved to a new state, bought a house, and had a baby)
and because of that, my business and photography took a backseat!

But I’m excited to announce that I’m officially booking starting in August 2025 in Missouri! Excited to dive back into it in a new area/state. I’ve missed it!

1. I love how they used Polaroids as their cake topper 🤩 so timeless and fun!

2. I’ve noticed this past year that ✨significantly✨ less of my couples did a cake cutting at all or if they did they had a “private cake cutting” over in a corner and didn’t announce it. Honestly I kind of loved it and curious to see if that trend continues on 🤍

Hi!!! It’s been a minute! And maybe you’ve noticed my absence and maybe you haven’t 😂 but a lot of life has happened for me in the past few months and Instagram took a backseat!

I’ve been traveling back to Indiana from Missouri to finish up my weddings for 2024 all summer and fall and have so much fun work to share! 🤗 I’m excited to share more of my current life on here too and what life looks like in Missouri with my lil family 😆

Rainy engagement session in downtown Indianapolis with these two 🥹🤍🤌🏻

Jordan and I went to high school together and my first job ever was at her families ice cream shop ( if you know you know 😋), so when she reached out about taking her engagement photos I was super excited about it! Always fun to reconnect with people from different parts of life and I had so much fun with her and Garrett bopping around Indy capturing their love.

Usually some of my favorite photos happen on rainy shoots. There’s just something so cozy and romantic about them 😌💕

✨BUSINESS AND LIFE UPDATE✨

Kelsey Marie Photo moved to Missouri!!

I know I just updated you in March that I would be moving to Tennessee after my wedding LOL, but life is wild and my husband, Sam got a job as the Creative Arts and Worship Pastor at a church just outside St Louis, Missouri the week of our wedding! As soon as we got back from our honeymoon, we moved! We’ve been getting all settled in and loving it so far :) It’s been so much fun to explore around and get to know the people here in this area more.

A couple of questions I’ve gotten since announcing that I would be moving out of Indiana and wanted to answer! :)

Will I still be booking weddings in Indiana?

A very limited amount of spots will be available for 2025. I’m traveling back for all of my 2024 brides that booked me before I knew I was moving, but for any bookings from this point on in the Indiana area for 2025 I’m offering an associate shooter option :)

When will I start booking in Missouri?

Immediately! :) I’m so excited to start booking engagements and weddings here in the Missouri area! I do have limited wedding dates available for 2024, but 2025 is wide open and ready for booking! :)
