Well this is cool! Somehow I convinced enough amazing couples to trust me with their weddings tha The Knot gave me an award for it.
Which feels backwards because I’m definitely the lucky one… Thank you to every couple who let me join in, walk too fast, and document the real stuff. It means more than you know! 🤍

New Year’s Eve weddings just hit different ✨❄️

Victoria & David rang in the New Year with a cozy, joy-filled winter wedding at The Loft 214 in downtown Stillwater—and not even cold temps could kill the vibes. Brick walls, glowing lights, emotional toasts, and a dance floor that stayed packed all night.

We’ve all been to weddings that feel rigid and extremely structured… It’s a vibe killer and really isn’t needed. The key to a relaxed and natural day is to have a solid timeline in place ahead of time and then plan for moments of downtime intermittently to get refreshed and enjoy the party that is taking place.
Desi and Matt did just that and, as a result, their day felt refreshingly relaxed and natural.
