Hey everyone! I wanted to go over a few things, especially since we have quite a few new people here, and give a little reminder to my current clients as well.
‼️Deposits:
All deposits are non-refundable. Each session requires one to secure your spot. I completely understand that life happens & I’m always willing to reschedule when it’s within reason. However, I can’t work with you if there’s no communication. So if something comes up, please just reach out to me!
‼️Remaining Balances:
Due to several recent no-shows, your remaining session balance must be paid by the day BEFORE your scheduled session to ensure your session is paid in full before hand. If your balance has not been paid by then, I will not be show up to the session. It is extremely frustrating to travel to a location, set up for a session (especially themed shoots) and then wait for someone who doesn’t show up or communicate that they won’t be coming. It’s not only a waste of my time, but it also takes away time I could have spent booking another session, spending time with my family, or editing another client’s gallery.
I do my best to send a courtesy reminder and confirm with you the day before your session, but ultimately, it is your responsibility to make sure you are prepared and able to attend.
‼️Please try to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled session time rather than arriving right at the start time. I often schedule sessions back to back, especially for my themed shoots, and being on time helps everything run smoothly for everyone.
‼️No-Shows:
If you completely no-show without communicating with me, your deposit will not be refunded and I will no longer be able to reschedule your session. Again, I completely understand that life happens. I am more than willing to work with you, But simply not showing up without saying anything is incredibly frustrating and disrespectful of my time.
I hate having to put some of these rules in place, but they’re necessary to keep things running smoothly and make sure my time is also being respected.
