9,000 sq ft is a lot of house to walk. That's where a 3D tour earns its keep - for both sides: buyers explore every room from their couch, and agents stop wasting showings on the "just looking" crowd. Whoever books a visit after walking the tour is a serious buyer.

Last week we captured this St. Johns County estate with both Matterport and Zillow 3D Home in a single visit.
