Established as an audio recording studio, our unusual name was chosen as a tribute to the 33 1/3 RPM analog phonograph record, although all of our recording and production is done digitally with the use of the studio computer. The very first music album we recorded in 1998 was produced using an early version of Cakewalk audio/MIDI multitrack software (run on a Windows 95 computer), with which we a
rranged MIDI orchestrations and percussion, over which our first customer, Stan Saylor of Ashley, Michigan, layered his vocals and lead instrument performance. In the early 2010s, we added video production to our services, at first using standard definition cameras, soon switching to the high-definition Sony HXR-NX100s that we use today. We are very proud of our reputation as a great mid-Michigan source for affordable, varied professional audio and video recording services.
