I'm so lucky to be able to photograph dance! In my experience, people with dance training tend to have great poise, grace, confidence and commitment, no matter where they end up in life. I've worked with Diamond Talent here in St. George for many years and have watched all of these dancers grow up, watched their skills develop, and watched them move on to college and professional careers. Thanks to all of the alumni who participated, it was so great to see you dance again!!!! And to all of the current students -- you are all special, I'm honored to be a witness. This HWSG opening ceremony set a new benchmark -- in addition to the dancers, there was a great live band, awesome light and sound, beautiful choreography, and live vocals (Alice Ericksen sang the National Anthem beautifully!). Kudos!!!!
