We introduce to you the lobster🦂🦂 cake breakfast sandwich🥙🥙 😋 ymmmmm

Lobster cakes:
Fresh lobster
onion
garlic
Thyme
Cilantro
Salt
Black pepper
Paprika
Lemon juice
Flour
Water or (Eggs optional)

Add to food processor,
Pulse into paste
Lightly oil skillet on medium heat fry as desired

Serve with Grenadian pot bakes ,

Garnish: tomatoes, lettuce, basil, jalapeños ,garlic mayo
