Hi everyone 👋🏼

Since I’ve got this question often recently I just wanted to clarify that our (Gionna Rose and I) main focus and priority right now is growing In The Sun & our real estate investment portfolio.

As of now Letscapturethat my former media business acts as our content creation platform for in the sun, LLC and similar platforms.

As our focus is on vacation rental property management we’d like to extend our hand and offer assistance in any manor possible. If it’s answering questions, giving feedback, or even being your honest management team!

•Port Charlotte
& everything in between

The only reason why we’re able to give back is because others gave to us and coached us on our journey as well. Heck! We’re still always constantly learning and adapting.

In February 2020 I started working with Miranda Cohen and the Dream Fit team. I've witnessed the team culture shes built with her clients and how motivated they all are.
