Davis has looked forward to this day for SO long — his first day of HIGH SCHOOL!

I mean, I thought last year’s first day of school — with the Komodo dragons in Indonesia đŸ‡źđŸ‡© — was pretty incredible. But not Davis. 😂 Apparently, nothing compares to being back in public school with most of the friends he went through elementary school with.

And honestly, he could not be any happier!

Our daughter's boyfriend patiently waited six months for us to return home so he could ask us in person for our blessing to marry our daughter. That alone meant the world to us and spoke volumes about the kind of man he is.

As if that wasn't thoughtful enough, he planned the proposal on Rob & my wedding anniversary, making an already special day even more unforgettable.

We are beyond excited for these two and so grateful that I was able to be part of such a beautiful, life-changing moment. Congratulation Mckenna & Gage! Here's to a lifetime of love, laughter, and happiness!

Happy Father’s Day to the man who is the heart of our family.

Today we celebrate you—the leader of our crew, our captain, who has safely guided us through life’s adventures and helped us navigate the world with love, strength, and unwavering dedication.

You’ve taught our kids so much, not only through your words but through the example you set every day. You chose to be the dad they needed, showing up with patience, love, and commitment in ways that inspire us all. You fix what’s broken, solve problems before anyone else notices them, and somehow always seem to have the answer—or at least a wildly interesting piece of trivia—to share.

Thank you for bringing laughter, fun, and humor into our lives, turning ordinary moments into memories we'll cherish forever. Your kindness, wisdom, and playful spirit make our family stronger and happier every day.
