Hello, I’m Jill, and I hope to be your first choice for professional photography! My business is a registered and insured LLC. You may notice the long hypenation in my name, well I recently married my love, and it changed my name to Jill Miller in 2002. (Previously Jill Allardyce). I am hyphenating my name for a year to help with recognition. What sets me apart from the rest? My style speaks for itself — bright colors, crisp images, and the portraits I take tell a story. People say they love my compositional eye in photos. I go with the flow and capture the beauty of the scene in each session. I have a journalistic and stylistic creative approach to each session — I work to get those posed portraits and the authentic interactions with your family.

At weddings I’ve more than once been told I’m like a stealthy ninja! For real... I do yoga and run almost every day, keeping in good shape so that I have literally unlimited energy for your event. I carry two cameras during wedding at all times and move around your event so that I capture everything myself. I have a Bachelors from the College of Business in Visual Communication from Ferris State and a Master’s Degree from SVSU from the College of Arts in Communication Multimedia. I’ve continuously worked professionally in the field of Marketing, Advertising, Design and Photography for over 20 years. I’ve received multiple ADDY awards from the American Advertising Federation for creativity, and I have been recognized by Saginaw's First State Bank with the Ruby Award for Professionals Under 40 to Watch. I work hard and have fun at every session. Relationships and customer service are my top priority! This business is my passion, it’s so fun! My weekday sessions are after 530PM and weekends I’m very flexible with appointments in the morning, noon and night. My gear: I work with D750&700 Nikon Cameras, I have two I bring to every shoot, and a back up. My favorite lens are the 2.8FX 24-70 and 70-200 with a 50 and 70 prime 1.4FX. I work with speed lights either on the hot shoe or on stands. I look forward to working with you!
