Dear Clients,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to personally reach out to you to address some important changes in my life that will impact our business relationship.
Regrettably, due to unforeseen medical circumstances, I find myself in a position where I am no longer able to continue my photography business. I am paralyzed from the waist down, and this has greatly affected my ability to carry out the duties required for our sessions.
I understand that this news may come as a shock or disappointment to many of you, and for that, I am deeply sorry. I truly value the support and the trust you have placed in me over the years, and it pains me to have to deliver this message.
For those who have pending bookings, I am in the process of arranging refunds for deposits made. Please bear with me as I navigate through this challenging time, and rest assured that I will do everything in my power to ensure that you are properly reimbursed.
To those who were considering booking future sessions, I must kindly request that you seek alternative options at this time. While I would love nothing more than to continue capturing your precious moments, my current health condition prevents me from doing so effectively.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your understanding and support during this difficult period. Your kindness and patience mean the world to me, and I am truly grateful to have had the opportunity to work with each and every one of you.
