Iceland was such a special trip for me. It was my first truly traveling completely on my own, rental car and all. As well, part of my healing journey. The landscape was as magical as the images I had seen in other individual's photos. Each location to photograph as spectacularly marvelous then the previous. I don't know if it translates through my imagery, but I hope you can open your imagination while you are transported, understanding the incredible beauty that was before me in this other worldly red rock quarry with our gorgeous model. There are still so many photos to cull through, but I am taking my time, so to savor each memory. Thank you Lina for your guidance through this magical world. Carolin Giese

I have been on a bit of a sabbatical this past year. I am also in the process of updating my website to get it back up and running, and pull together my blog as well. Hoping to share more intimately with you all the stories behind my images. I'm hoping I will have allowed my growth both professionally and emotionally to shine through when it is up and ready to reveal to all of you.

I'll be back doing regular shoots for both dogs and horses after the New Year. As well, excited to share my equine imagery that will be ready for purchase; as many of you have been inquiring about prints.

The holidays this year have, and will not be taken for granted. My heart is full, and I am extraordinarily grateful for those around me who continue to lift me up as I navigate through the changes.

Good afternoon! I know it has been such a long hiatus from posting on my page. Life just happened, but still
Lots going on for me professionally. I’ll be back to share more regularly again.

I hope you all are settling in to the holiday hustle, and cooler weather. I realized I haven’t been doing justice to my exhibit at Artistic Edge: Custom Framing and Gallery. It is up through January 2023. I’m going to share some of the images showing, and if there’s one you like, let me know and I can give you details of framing and pricing. Also, prints are available, so don’t hesitate to ask about that as an option if you’d like to personalize size and framing specific for your style. And hope you’ll enjoy the addition of more equine imagery.

I’m really not the best at marketing myself and my work, but don’t like being that person who is constantly posting. Hopefully you don’t mind me sharing.

Also, I do have one opening left for a shoot either with your dog or horse before Christmas. Let me know if you are needing last minute photos.

There is a reception taking place this Saturday December 3rd if you are able to stop by and see the wonderful artists on display, including me!

Hello my friends! Update on the prints of the Highland cows. I didn’t realize I would need to do so much research to find the perfect printers for these images. With trial and error, I have that side of things figured out.

Along the way, I did a test print and framing of this gorgeous image. If anyone is interested in the first of this collection, an 8x12 print on a gorgeous fine art paper, beautifully framed in a 12x18 walnut wood, private message me.

I’ve also been trying to figure out how to get my Etsy site setup, and it’s not letting me upload my images. So, as soon as I troubleshoot that, I can get back to you all with the prints and details.
