Kids Empire just opened this past Saturday in Sacramento in the old Sears Building on Florin Rd!!!!! So everything is new and clean inside. The staff though, was amazing!!! We went last night and was so impressed!!

Entry is $22.90 per kid. 2 adults are allowed per kid. They have plenty of tables for parents to lounge around. You need to have non-grip socks to enter. Bring your own or buy them for $3/pair.

The girls loved climbing and going down the slides!!! Definitely recommend wearing pants or something past the knees so you don’t get burn or get stuck going down the slides. (We’ve been to Florida location many times while visiting grandparents).

The girls loved riding the motorcycles. I love that they moved at a fairly low speed so no one ran over anyone. They were also only 5 points per ride too. The arcade games were 8 points each or 16 points for the bigger prizes. And you are guaranteed to win something each time. 😅🤣 This is important since we do not want crying kids. I would recommend getting the $10 or $20 arcade pass to get the most value since the girls rode the motorcycle so many times.

Sharing this gem for those that love freshly made silken tofu, soybean drinks, fried tofu, sticky rice, chè (Vietnamese dessert) and more.

They keep the silken tofu behind the counter so you’ll have to ask for it. It comes with ginger syrup. It’s optional if you want coconut milk with it too.

See the lady scooping out the silken tofu from the giant pot? It’s impressive!!! They have the regular option or one with pandan flavoring. Each comes with ginger syrup. You can add coconut milk too. Soooo good!

These soy milk drinks were still warm. They have sesame balls too. Pretty much everything is fresh

I usually photograph 80-125 families each Sept-Dec so do get in sooner than later so you can get your photos back in time for the holidays!!

If needed, do bring ice cream and treats as Bribes as Regina & Ronnie did last year. 😅🤣🤣🤣

A little update on our grocery cost for AUGUST!!! We went from $1200-$1500/month to $932 this past month!! And our shopping was at $1772. This include the $643 that we spent on the closet organization system though, along with some clothes we got the kids for back to school.

It can definitely be better but it’s a huge progress, about 65% from what it used to be. It’s amazing how habits can be changed when you start paying attention to spending habits.

The goal is not to cut out everything fun! We’re slowly cutting down on unnecessary purchase.
