Sharing some favorites from Mai & Christian’s extended family photos at Capitol Park in Downtown Sac. With the weird weather, we had to reschedule it and stress over rain & wind but phew!!! Thank goodness it was beautiful on the actual day when we finally did it!!

For having so many kids, the session went pretty smoothly, except for Kenji, the littlest. He didn’t want to be away from Mom. And when he doesn’t want to be in the photos, he passed out and went limp. Just falling over every which way. Of course, it made it hard but seriously, it made the experience that much more memorable. Can you imagine looking back at these photos when he’s in college and bringing his girlfriend home to visit? Hahahahaaha Mom & Dad & Grandparents will be laughing about it forever!!!

So no need to stress on picture day! Come prepared but we will go with the flow and have fun regardless!!!

A few days late but we got last day of school photos in and 😭😭😭. Alex grew 3 inches & London grew 4.5 inches!!!!! Their facial features changed sooo much!!! I’m shocked!!!

Alex lost her tooth at 10pm on the last day of school also. She’s so cute and looks so mischievous!!

1. Downtown Carmel. Tell me why the first thing London wanted to get was a sweatshirt?

2. Carmel Bakery where there was a line to get in. We loved the coffee/expresso & ice cream shot along with the strawberry gelato. Would skip the cannoli, gingerbread man & chocolate pretzel.

3-6. Carmel by the beach had the softest sand!!!
7. We stayed at the Hilton Home 2 Suites this tkme. The room was huge! Plus that it had free parking, free breakfast & an indoor pool & hot tub.

8. Woke up to Henry wrangling Alex so he can brush the birdnest that’s on her head. 😅😂😂

Attempted to go to Point Lobos to hike but the parking lot was full so we stopped by a nearby beach to play before getting clam chowder in Monterey.

Then we stopped by San Jose to visit my sister in law and niece, Kate, before going home. She was so excited to get desserts! lol.. Got to try for the first time and we’re in love. There’s a store in Elk Grove now If you want to try their all mango desserts!!!

Convincing you to pick up paddle boarding without trying to. Hahahah…

Btw this was at Beale’s Point at Folsom Lake. The water is really full at the moment. There were so many drift woods in the water so we decided to gather as we went. It made for a really good time for the kids as they got super competitive. We came at 3:40pm and left at 7:15?

As usual, we packed food so we ate dinner there before heading home. Paddle boarding is so easy to get started and so fun to do! 10/10 recommended

Come with us to Empire Mine State Park in Grass Valley, CA. I’ve shot engagement sessions here a few times and have always wanted to come back with the girls. I’m so happy that I got to share the day with Jen & Ly as they also love to explore new places.

The Mining history was fun to see but the ground is sooooo beautiful. The cottage and the gardens were especially breathtaking!!! There were so many tadpoles in the fountains so the kids spent alotttt of time trying to catch some. 😆🫣

Its $5 per person 6+ for entrance. Tours are at 10:30, 11:30, 12:30 and 1:30.

We left Elk Grove at 11:45am. Got there at 1:15 and had a picnic first in the picnic area near the parking lot. So we missed the tour by the time we entered. We didn’t leave until 4:45pm. 🫣😅😂😂😂

It was well worth the 1hr 15 mins drive!!! Highly recommend. Do wear sunscreen.

It is traditions at this point. London is really excited for this project! I got little pink and clear vases and some ribbons to go with them too. Will keep you posted on how they turn out.

Been doing highlight reels at event coverage and it’s been so fun to look back on. Just finished this hightlight reels for their Partner event last week at and thought I’d share it here also.

I started doing reels for businesses and I really love it!!! It’s an add-on that you can do when we do at a shoot or event coverage. I can definitely do it for birthday parties too if desired. Let me know! Movement and sound really make an event that much more memorable!

For staff appreciation week, the Principal wanted a travel theme for each day. She asked if I can help with the backdrops so the teachers and school staff can take pictures with while eating breakfast or lunch. To make it more festive. I said yes, of course!

They ordered the backdrops & coordinating color balloons. All I needed to do was put everything together and blow up a balloon arch to hide the clamps. lol..

This had been so much fun! So much impact for 1.5 hrs of work.

I’m ready to start my own business now. 😜😂
