Catalina and Neil’s Acadia elopement was a true reflection of them and their relationship
Their day started at sunrise with vows along Ocean Drive. After, they took time to soak in the moment and read letters from family and friends. They were sent so many long and thoughtful ones that we literally didn’t have to go through them all that morning (which should give you an idea of how amazing this couple is).
We spent the rest of the morning visiting a few other spots in the park, like a quiet beach for a picnic and a beautiful walk through the woods to a rock bridge.
Throughout the morning, Neil took time to set up some Polaroid photos using a tripod (something they do together all the time). It was so fun to watch and gave Ryan and me a few ideas for our next trip!
One of my favorite parts of their day was their details! Catalina knit her sweater, Neil knit his tie, and their friend made their bouquet and boutonniere. One of their favorite things to do together is knitting and crocheting, so having details they made themselves on their wedding day was such a special touch.
