Ever since I was young I have had a love for photography and pictures. In high school and college I took a couple of different photography courses but it was after I had my first daughter that I really started researching and teaching myself. I wanted to preserve every memo

ry possible, because as we all know, time passes so quickly. I love photographing people because I learn something new at every session. Combine that constant love of learning, with my love of people, and it's the perfect compliment to photography. When I am not enjoying photography you can find me spending time with my husband and four daughters, possibly cuddled up on the couch with a cup of coffee and my dogs, or in the kitchen cooking and listening to country music! Little update post, I'll try and keep it short and sweet.

If you missed my raffle post for my friend Danielle who is battling stage 4 pancreatic cancer, it isn't too late! I have met my original goal so now I will raffle 2 gift cards! I will take donations until 9/6 and then draw a winner. I can't tell you how happy it makes me to see the out pouring of love for this family!

My September availbility is completely booked and I am almost full for October. I am FULL for seniors! I have a couple of slots left for (brand new this year) fall mini's at Wagers Apple Farm in Penn Yan. I have attached the booking site! If you have any questions, just message me!

A beautiful July wedding for Alyssa and Josh at the Fig Hollow Barn in Palmyra. If you have never been there you are missing out. The owners haven't missed a detail and have poured their heart and souls into these grounds and you can tell! Friends, family, followers, Whitman community.. I’ve done this in the past with incredible results for 2 other families who are near to my heart. This next one is no different. Anyone who knows Danielle knows she is a selfless mom, a loving wife and an incredible friend. She shows up for her kids in ways most of us can’t even imagine, and with a smile on her face. Now she needs us. She’s been recently diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer, at the age of 36. This next senior is near and dear to me. Whitman senior Lilly, I have known her for years and I am LUCKY enough to get to serve on the board of education with her. She is one of the first student board members in New York and let me tell you, she doesn't take it lightly. This girl brings intensity, passion, committment and drive to everything she does. She makes me believe in mermaids and I can't wait to do her swimming shots soon!!

It's been way too long since I shared some of my recent work with you all. I have been SO busy this summer and I don't say that looking for compassion- it is a good thing, but man does time fly when you are having fun. Trying to find a work-life balance is a learning curve for me and even though I said I was cutting back this year, I think it's the busiest I have ever been. When you all book with me, I want you to have fun, be relaxed, trust me and let the results show in the photos! Enjoy some of my recent work and be ready for some SENIOR SEASON coming up next!

Senior season is my FAVORITE season and when I tell you these guys are bringing FIRE to their sessions this year, I am not joking! I have had SO many props this year- from bikes, to playing cards, dogs, sports gear, bibles to derby cars- you name it they've brought it and the outfits and locations- it's all so fun and what makes their session unique and all about them.
