Long time no see! I’m been under the weather the past several weeks. But I’m through the first trimester yuck and ready to get back at it!

We are overjoyed at the news of welcoming a new life later this year! With that said, if you are wanting to book with me, please do so soon as I will not be scheduling any sessions after July in order to prepare for our sweet miracle’s arrival.

For a lot of folks, 2022 was a difficult year. For this family, it was particularly hard. This is the first Christmas they will be spending without the man who meant the world to them. So when Melissa booked a Christmas Tree Farm session with me, I knew I had to do something special to honor Wayne. There isn’t much I can say that hasn’t already been said about this man. He was generous, kind, genuine. And although he is greatly missed here on earth, each day is a little sweeter, knowing it is one day closer to reuniting with him in heaven.

Grayer is pure joy in a bottle…a tiny human bottle. Full of energy, my watch asked me if I wanted to log an exercise during his session. 😂 He kept me on the move but I would ask nothing less of him! Oh and did I mention those curls!? 😍😍😍

Fun story that never gets old. Claire here had tears of laughter running down my cheeks after I picked my jaw up off the floor when she was just 2 years old. In fact I don’t think she was even quite 2 yet.

In church nursery one Sunday she and another child were playing and he accidentally knocked her down. The other child was instructed to apologize to Claire. But before he could say a word, she had her hands on her hips and matter of factly said “Yeah (insert child’s name)! Say you’re sorry!!” The other kids in her class were still speaking in 1-2 word phrases and here comes Claire rattling off full sentences with her take charge personality. 😂

I fell in love with her right then and there. ❤️
