Before the first customer walks through the door, the real work is already done.

I spent a morning inside Butcherman's documenting the prep behind the week — breaking down cuts, hanging sausage, and watching a crew that takes serious pride in what they do. The kind of place where a vintage Toledo scale sits front and center because honest weight has always been the standard.

One of my favorite events to cover each year is NCAA Women’s Gymnastics Championship. I tell everyone if you haven’t been to one, you should definitely go. The intensity, emotion, and drama in each session is unlike any other sport. Congratulations to taking home their 8th Championship.
