Also, she has photographed food for numerous local businesses. Jessica Polk was born and raised in Metro Detroit, Michigan. Being the child of two chefs, Jessica always had an interest in the arts and an appreciation for good food. Jessica realized that photography was the only career she could imagine for herself doing and thus applied to Savannah College of Art and Design. Jessica graduated from

SCAD in May 2014 with her Bachelors in Fine Art in photography. Jessica has discovered her passion for studio lighting while concentrating on product and food photography. As long as her hands are around a camera, Jessica feels that she is fulfilling her passion as well as her dream. Since graduation Jessica was the in house photographer for Helen Ficalora Jewelry in New York City as well as the Betesh Group in Newark. Some of her work has been featured on Macy's, Target, Walmart, Eddie Bauer, and Ergobaby websites.
