Hii! I have made this post before but I keep getting messages asking the same question.
Q: Do you have my gallery from *insert year here*?
A: Hi! All galleries are online for 6 months. After that date, they are then taken offline to allow space for new galleries. I do my absolute best to retain every single image I have ever taken, but storage can always fail. I cannot guarantee to have your gallery after the 6 month date. As always, it is best practice to immediately download your ENTIRE GALLERY to a SAFE PLACE on your COMPUTER. You should then make 2-3 copies to an external hard drive, USB, and then to a cloud-storage (like Google Drive, iCloud, etc.).
Q: Oops! I didn't do that and now I don't have my photos! What do I do?
A: Oh no! Don't fret - up to this point, I have been able to redeliver every single gallery I have ever uploaded. However, this does NOT mean I can 100% confirm the ability to store your gallery past the 6 month mark. Storage, especially now, is very costly. Due to this, a reuploading fee will be applied to any galleries being reuploaded after the 6 month mark. This fee is determined based on size of gallery and amount of time since initial delivery. The gallery will then remain online for another 6 months, where it will expire again.
While I absolutely pride myself on being able to redeliver these memories, it is an additional process to reupload. Photos are absolutely an investment, and you will want to pass these photos down for generations. Investing in personal storage is not only beneficial, but sentimental. Think of it as your digital time capsule.
