✨ BIG CHANGES COMING TO KPH PHOTOGRAPHY IN 2027! ✨

As we get closer to 2027, I wanted to take a moment to share a few important updates and changes coming to KPH Photography! 🫶🏼📸

First off, my prices will NOT be increasing for 2027! 🎉 However, I will be making some changes to my packages, policies, and availability. Please take a moment to read through everything so we can start the new year on the same page! 🤍

📌 INVOICE & RETAINER POLICY

Starting in 2027, all retainer fees must be paid within 24 hours of the invoice being sent to secure your session date.

💍 Weddings will have 72 hours to pay their retainer.

Please keep in mind that your date is not officially secured until your retainer has been paid!

📅 SATURDAY AVAILABILITY

Starting Memorial Day weekend and continuing through Labor Day weekend, I will be blocking off Saturdays for regular sessions.

The exception to this will be weddings that have already been booked or are scheduled during this time. 💍

My significant other spends his time at the Worthington Speedway, and I want to be able to spend my Saturdays supporting him and enjoying that time together! 🏁❤️ Thank you for understanding that photography is my passion, but family time is important to me, too!

📸 UPDATED SESSION PACKAGES

The good news? My prices are staying the same! 🥳

What will be changing is the number of edited images included in each package:

✨ 30-Minute Sessions: 30 edited images

✨ 1-Hour Sessions: 45 edited images

Want more images from your gallery? No problem! After your session is completed, you will have the option to upgrade your package and purchase your full gallery. 🤍

⏰ LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOW POLICY

I completely understand that life happens, traffic gets crazy, and unexpected things come up. I will always appreciate communication if you know you’re running behind!

However, starting in 2027, arriving more than 5 minutes late to your scheduled session will result in a $45 late fee, which must be paid before your photos are released.

🚨 Failure to show up for your scheduled session without communicating will result in:
• Forfeiture of your session.
• Loss of the opportunity to reschedule that session.
• A $45 no-show fee.

Please understand that your scheduled time is reserved specifically for you. When someone doesn’t show up or communicate, that time is taken away from my family and other clients who could have used that spot. I truly appreciate everyone who respects my time, just as I respect yours! ❤️

Yesterday, I had the honor of capturing a love story built on something so much deeper than love alone — faith, trust, and believing in God’s perfect timing. 🤍✨

Sometimes, God’s plans take longer than we expect. Sometimes, the waiting feels uncertain, and the journey doesn’t look the way we imagined it would. But when two people trust His timing, surrender their plans to Him, and continue to have faith in the path He has chosen, something truly beautiful can unfold.

These two are a reminder that what is meant for you will find you in His time. Not always when you expect it, not always how you planned it, but exactly when it’s supposed to happen. Their love is a beautiful testament to trusting the process, having faith through the waiting, and knowing that God’s timing is always worth it. 🥹🤍

Just a friendly reminder! I am starting to have several unpaid or open invoices floating around again!

Once the invoices are sent I can’t book anyone else wanting that date or time. But when invoices go unpaid or not opened for weeks that takes away from someone else booking that date or time!

If you have a current invoice out with me please pay it ASAP to secure your date and time. I have been pretty lenient on it here recently but will be enforcing it now! Especially with holidays coming up!

ATTN: EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

Due to recurring delays in payment for services rendered, please be advised that retainer fees for family, senior, engagement, maternity, fresh 48, and newborn sessions will be due within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.

For weddings, mini sessions, and events, payment will be due 72 hours after receiving the invoice.

This policy is necessitated by instances where scheduled sessions have been reserved but invoices remained unpaid, resulting in lost opportunities for other clients.

I trust your understanding that my availability is limited to specific days and times, and failure to fulfill invoice obligations denies another client a scheduled session.

Good morning! ☀️

I am working on galleries as fast as I can! Here is the current list of galleries I’m working on!

Weddings please allow 6-12 weeks for your galleries to be completed. I will say they should be done sooner than the 12 weeks mark!!

Seniors and families please allow 3-4 weeks after your session for your full gallery!

I have been extremely busy capturing special moments and can not thank everyone enough for supporting my business! 🩷
