I'm Home!

Waco was the best. I am such a fan of Chip and Joanna and getting to visit all the little places they have created was so exciting. traveling home had some hiccups and took much longer than planned but I am getting back to work. I have responded to all messages and will be back to sharing more sessions soon. In the meantime enjoy a few shots from my trip.

Sydney & Blake | Engagement

One day I will be caught up on editing, shooting and sharing... but thats not today. I am totally behind on sharing sessions on here but I had to take a moment to share these two. Sydney's mom and my mom are good friends which means I spent a lot of years growing up with this sweet girl. Countless sleepovers, Hannah Montana dance parties, and years of friendship. Her entire family is so special to me and I am so thrilled I get to capture her wedding day! Watching her and Blake together was so sweet, he clearly adores and protects her and I love seeing someone love her so much. So, enjoy a little peek at these two.

The Jacobs Family

The sweetest sessions are the ones that feel like home.

It's the perfection in the ordinary everyday moments. Dancing to their favorite vinyls, baking, playing and sitting down at the end of the day to read the family bible.

These are the moments their children will remember someday. The ordinary rhythms that become the most meaningful memories. Getting to document this kind of love in the place it's lived every day is so special.

Memorial Day feels a little different when you love someone who has served. 🇺🇸

Today, I’m thinking about the men and women who gave everything for this country, and the families who carry that loss every single day. As a veteran wife, I’ve seen the sacrifice, commitment, and weight that service can hold — and it makes today mean even more.

Honoring the brave who never made it home and remembering that freedom has always come at a cost.

Welcoming my 30s with so much gratitude. 🤍

My 20s were filled with growth, change, lessons, love, heartbreak, healing, motherhood, and becoming the person I am today. They shaped me in ways I never expected.

Now stepping into this new decade, I feel more grounded, more confident, and more thankful for the life I’ve built. I know who I am, what matters most, and who I want beside me through it all.

Here’s to slower moments, deeper joy, big dreams, and making memories with the people I love most. Cheers to 30. ✨

Last week of my 20s | day 5
The last day

Age 28 I was embracing motherhood to the fullest and it helped shape my views for my photography business. Shortly after this time I decided to shift my focus on mothers and families, and children. I have always adored working with children but being a mom made me connect to motherhood photography on a deeper level. I was ready to give it 100% of my time and also give myself more time back with my kids without stepping back in my business. This has been one of the most rewarding choices I could have ever made in my business and life.
