This carousel is a visual representation of what happens during a typical session.

Notice my beautiful model in the jeans outfit. In the first images, her posing feels a little uncertain, a little stiff. Like most people, she wasn’t used to being in front of the camera.

But as the session unfolds, so does she.

With each frame, she becomes more relaxed, more confident, more connected to herself. It’s as if she’s slowly opening up, blooming into her femininity right before our eyes.

This transformation is one of my favorite parts of photography. Beyond creating beautiful images, I get to witness women see themselves differently—to step into their confidence and beauty.

There is something magical about that process, and I feel lucky every time I get to watch it happen.

While I primarily photograph in the studio, every summer I find myself drawn back outdoors. There’s something magical about warm evenings, soft light, and nature in full bloom.

This season, I’m opening just 3 outdoor maternity sessions at Gerry Pond Park in Roslyn.
