I’ve been fighting some pretty quiet battles for a long time.
There are parts of my life, my journey into motherhood, and even the beginning of this business that I’ve kept mostly to myself while continuing to share the beautiful parts.
Lately I’ve been realizing just how far I’ve actually come.
There was a time when I was simply surviving. Becoming a mother while trying to hold together pieces of a life that were already falling apart behind the scenes. Trying to protect my daughter, trying to figure out who I was, and carrying things that very few people knew the full extent of.
And now?
I’m finally starting to recognize myself again.
I’m finding genuine happiness. I’m building a life I’m proud of. I’m growing something I truly love through photography. And most importantly, I’m finally surrounding myself and my daughter with people who love us wholeheartedly and unconditionally.
I’ve gone back and forth about sharing this part of my life publicly because some stories are incredibly painful to put into words.
But I’ve also realized I’m far from the only woman who has silently carried something devastating while still waking up every morning and being Mom.
So I think I’m finally ready to share a little more about how we got from there…
to here. 🤍
Not to reopen old wounds.
Not to tear anyone down.
But because sometimes you don’t realize how much you’ve survived until you’re finally standing far enough away from it to see the whole picture.
And because the story behind the woman, mother, and photographer I’ve become is a much bigger part of Little Moments by Kreada than I’ve ever shared.
A full video about my story is coming soon. 🤍
