As a mother myself, I know the importance of preserving the little moments that pass far too quickly… the tiny hand holding, muddy boots on forest trails, golden sunsets, and the way your loved ones look at you when they think no one’s watching.

What started as a maternity/family session turned into one of the sweetest moments I’ve ever had the honor of capturing. 🤍💍

This beach was the location of their very first date, and during the session - surrounded by fog, ocean air, sandy feet, and their growing little family - he got down on one knee.

Watching it unfold in real time while trying to quietly keep photographing was genuinely magical. These are the moments that remind me why I love what I do so much.

There’s something truly unique about photographing another photographer, especially when she’s on the other side of the lens with her sweet girl. 🤍 As creatives, we’re typically the ones capturing everyone else’s memories, so being able to slow down and document her motherhood felt extra meaningful. These chaotic yet genuine moments are the ones that deserve to be remembered most. I'm grateful for the connections this work brings and for the opportunity to celebrate motherhood, creativity, and community all in one frame. ✨
