My first travel since and my first review in 2 years. I’m so happy to be back!

Landed in Chicago early morning, hotel phones were down so instead of getting shuttle we ordered an to get to the hotel faster.

They gave me early checkin, got me into a room with a bathtub without a wait. Room was huge, clean & plenty of towels.
Free breakfast was yummy!
Free internet was slow, but managed to make it work.

Did have an incident that the hotel instantly responded to and had followed up accordingly.
They have amazon prime lockers which were the epitome of my demise. I order way more than I needed. 🤪
The convenience store was great! Friendly staff and came in handy for snacks & cold drinks.
Never made it to the fitness center or pool.
Location, location, location! Rosemont is located across from the convention center, around the corner from the outlet mall and close to O’Hare airport.
Pricing was affordable for room size, location convenience & other amenities.
Overall great stay!
