Just like that, Christmas Eve is finally here!🎄Last night the sky was dark as I made my way to the beach to meet my clients. As we got to the water, a line of bright pink light in the horizon peeked through beneath the dark grey clouds right above the water, stretching across the sky from the east to the west. It was such a small window for any light to shine through and the sun to be seen as it set. It was a gift in such on a dark and colorless night.
We waited with anticipation, knowing the sun would find that tiny opening- Christmas is like that light we wait with anticipation to arrive and shine. All the wonder, all the joy, the laughter, the beauty and the intangible gifts this season encompasses. The waiting is always worth the wonder.
What a blessing to capture this beauty and how gorgeous are these four?! I pray everyone is getting all their loose ends tied up today so they can be still and enjoy the beauty around them and await that light and joy that is Christmas Day.
