FROZEN WINTER WONDERLAND

RESERVATIONS
-You can now reserve a time for your keepsake photos in advance!
-Schedule your portraits on YOUR schedule.
-Simply book ONLINE to secure a spot in line at your choice of 2 of our 4 cameras. Kellie & Kristen are taking reservations!
-Your $15.00 Reservation will be converted to a photo credit!
-You can also find a time that works for you once you get to the dance if you don't want to make a reservation before hand.
-If you reserve your spot in line, don't be late! As a courtesy to the other families, you'll have to wait in line! Don't worry, your reservation fee will still apply to your keepsake order!
-Secure your spot before the online booking calendar closes at 12 noon on Friday.

ONLINE-ONLY ORDERING
-No more waiting in line to pay and then waiting in line for your photos!
-We will not be processing orders for portraits at the dance.
-Every family gets a private online gallery! You'll be given a unique QR Code once you're in line. We recommend scanning the code right after your pictures to pre-register your email that night. Take that paper home or text a picture of it to yourself or your family so you can access your images! If you pre-register your email, you'll get notified immediately once your gallery goes live!
-You'll receive your family's $15 voucher code in a text from Kellie via Square when the gallery is set to go live!

CUSTOMIZE YOUR KEEPSAKES
-We're capturing more images of you and your favorites this year giving you a few more poses for your family to customize your keepsake portrait order!
-We expect galleries to go live within 10 days from the dance! If you've pre-registered your email and access code, you'll receive a notification that your gallery is ready to view.
-As always keepsakes start at $15. Tailor a package with your favorite pose or a combination of all of them!

DIRECT DELIVERY
-Printed keepsakes will be shipped directly to you after you place your order.
-Digital keepsakes will be available for instant download immediately after purchase!
-These changes allows us to provide you access to your gallery within 10 days of the dance!
-Shipping is a flat $6.00. Printed keepsakes arrive approximately within 3 weeks of your order, shipped directly to you from our photo lab.
