another year with this crew and it just keeps getting better!

I've been capturing the Hamata fam since Brecklin was a newborn and now here are her 3 year pictures! THREE! 🎀

Some photos have become a yearly tradition and i love watching how everyone changes from year to year.

thankful barely touches how it feels to have repeat clients like this. ❤️

spent my Sunday evening shooting senior photos for these two stud muffins.

i mean, come on. how do we look this sharp and call it a senior picture?

LOVE that we got to shoot with the two boys together. thick as thieves since they were little and we had the best time!

even channeled a little bit of some Step Brothers for an insanely awesome awkward basketball photo. 😂

I met Emily last year when we both joined the same homeschooling group and instantly loved her and her family.

she's one of the kindest humans i've met. the most gentle and patient mother. and a soul that you just love to be around.

we spent the evening exploring various places around their farm and it was so wonderful!

also, can we take a moment to admire her 90's country vibe. i commented on how cute she looked the second i saw it. and I think like 4 times.

Okay. Doing a little gauging of things here.

I don’t think I will be offering Christmas minis this year as our family grows one more time in November.

Last year my “pay your age” sessions were a huge hit. Thinking of maybe doing a day of those with a couple new stipulations?

Or would a day of an actual fall mini be something you would want? These would be $125, 10 minutes. Think normal photos and maybe a setup with apples and mums. I’m obsessed with fall. 🍎🍂

Would love to get something on the calendar in late September or early October!

when two become one. 💍

had the GREATEST day helping to celebrate Kariden and Kayden.

it was everything you imagine a wedding day to be.

tears. and then some more. smiles that hurt your cheeks. best friends. love stories that paved the way for this one.

& then just knowing that forever together as husband and wife starts now.

when sports have been so fun, but have been made better for years because your twin sister and best friend has been right beside you. 👯‍♀️

i have a goal this year to learn off camera flash so I can level up my skills. trying to teach this old dog new tricks doesn't come easily sometimes. and Kendra and Leah were so gracious while I practiced some dramatic sports shots with them.

not too terrible for my first time I don't think!

enjoy your last year girls. can't wait to watch you on the courts! 🏀🏐

i don't know where to begin with Payton & Raschell's wedding day.

it was full of the most beautiful things.

it was just the kindest people i've met. everyone, all day. just there to help or with sweet words.

it's the way they looked at each other. ❤️

it's the fierce love of a father and his daughter and the way her in her wedding dress just wrecked him.

it was having her best girls by her side to dote on and adore her.

his guys there as he married the love of his life.

all of this was wrapped up in the sweetest wedding day and i couldn't have been more honored to a part of it.

& did she show up for her senior pictures or what??

she doesn't love having her photo taken but i shall try to convince her maybe she should model. she looks like she's been doing it for years!

i have never gotten to do a senior shoot at the Capitol but i am obsessed and would love to go back!
