Last month I was simply a guest at a friend’s wedding… and honestly, it felt a little bittersweet not being the photographer. ❤️
For so many years, weddings were such a big part of my photography journey, but about 6 years ago I stepped away to focus on the two people who mattered most… my children. Between sports, school, events, and simply being present for their lives, they became my priority and I wouldn’t change that for anything.
While everyone was getting ready, I had the chance to quietly step back into that world for a few moments and capture a few images, and something about it felt familiar… and honestly, really special.
There’s something beautiful about documenting the emotion, the anticipation, and the small in-between moments that happen before the day fully begins.
So maybe this is my sign. ✨
After many years away, I’m officially opening my calendar for weddings again. Select dates only for now, but I’m excited to create something meaningful, elevated, and heartfelt for couples who value connection and storytelling as much as the photographs themselves.
And to my beautiful friend… thank you for letting me capture these little moments for you. 🤍
