The world is gross, cruel, and unpredictable. But the safety of your child's face, image, and presence in this world shouldn't be.
The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals just ruled that privately possessing Al-generated CSAM depicting "fictional" children can be constitutionally protected when it remains within the home.
If you notice a session has been removed from my account, it's not you. It's the creeps. And it's the system.
I'm not usually one to make public declarations about changes to my business. But this is about so much more than what session I share, what caption I write, or what song is playing in the background.
This is about innocent children who have absolutely no say in how computer-generated technology can use, manipulate, or exploit images of them without their consent.
It's gross. It's unfathomable. And I will have no hand in it.
I will always choose to protect the children whose images are entrusted to me over participating in a system that makes that protection harder.
That's not a business decision. It's a line I'm not willing to cross.
