When they reached out about photos they had two things that were most important to them besides just beautiful couple portraits. The first thing was they said they wanted their bibles incorporated into photos because faith was such a major part of their lives and their relationship. The second was they wanted to do the photos at Janna's grandparents 100 year old farm. I think something I have come to love living in a college town as a photographer is the springtime and being able to meet so many amazing individuals who are completing their degrees and about to step into a new and exciting chapter in life. It’s graduation weekend for so many, and it felt like the perfect time to share some of the incredible graduates I’ve had the privilege of meeting over the last few months. I’ve truly loved capturing such an exciting milestone for each of them! ✨

I’m throwing it back today because I realized I never shared anything from this graduate’s session as he wrapped up his college football career and graduated back in December!

It has been so fun watching where life has taken him over the last few months since graduation.

The past few months have been filled with so many special in-home sessions, and I’ve had the joy of capturing every single one. This one feels extra meaningful—it seems like just yesterday we were taking photos of little J, and now he’s a big brother. Time really does fly 🤍
