A lot of times we are very futuristic about the things we want to do. For example you might think, “someday when I look better, I’ll do that”. The problem with this mindset is that it never allows us to be beautiful and accepting of yourselves today. What is your negative self talk like? “I need to lose weight” “I could never look like that in photos” “no one would think I’m attractive”…the list might go on. I actually think this is normal for women, I struggle with it too. Since we struggle with these things, we have to find balance. If you are worried about how you will look, remember I’m a professional and I know how to style and shoot in a way that is most flattering to you. My clients are always stunned at how they look in their images. Let’s change that negative self talk together.
