Being able to document my friends in this stage of life will never not be an honor and a pleasure. Trey was a groomsmen in my own wedding and we really have been good buds for while now. Another full circle moment!!! Cannot wait to have Allie forever apart of our clan 🥹♥️

Oh and the end of their session was a blast. They even had a small audience who cheered them on. 🫧🩵💦🫶🏼

After heartache and waiting, their rainbow baby is on the way—and watching them step into this chapter fills me with so much joy. Here’s to THE POLANDS 🥂✨

I can’t believe I never shared their stunning day… guilty of being the worst at posting, but hey—two posts in one day means I’m trying, right? 😅

But honestly—these two left such a mark on me. Monica was the kind of bride who reminds me why I do what I do. The kind of love that pulls you in, the kind of joy you can feel when you look at the photo. It’s couples like them that ground me in my purpose as a photographer—to document love in its truest, happiest form.

I’ve been adoring all the families i’ve been getting to capture this summer 🌞

This little family had the cutest flower pickin’, field dancin, sweet lovin’ cutie pie girl i’ve ever seen and to make it even sweeter, her names Penelope.. like stop it 🫶🏼 Such a bundle of joy she was & embraced the camera like she was made for it 🥹

This all happened within a span of 2 hrs on a quiet & overcast evening.

He proposed, not once but twice. Once with a ring made out of twine, something sentimental to the two of them with a beautiful backstory. The second, with the real show stopper that he had dangling around his neck the whole time.

After they soaked these quiet moments in, they migrated to another part of the park and proceeded to change their entire look and thought.. let’s just elope! They had their marriage license and all. 🥹

2 days later, they returned back to their lives where they both are serving in the military where they’d spend the next year apart. My heart sank when they told me.

but….

The last photo was snapped as I was heading to my car to leave, I watched as they held each other in the moonlight that was starting to creep in.. it wasn’t just beautiful but raw.. intimate & absolutely an honor to witness.

In that moment, I believed it when they said “we’ll figure it all out. we’re going to stay in this moment for a while.”

This day was special.

Katy & I met while waiting for our flight to NWA from Destin FL a few years ago. I knew her from a mutual on IG & felt compelled to introduce myself. Why? I don’t know but i’m so glad I did.

we were assigned seats RIGHT NEXT TO EACH OTHER and yapped the whole way. I was leaving Destin with a heavy heart and she was a breathe of fresh air.

We reconnected months later and became the sweetest of friends. She was present when I found my wedding dress, got engaged & stood by me at my own wedding.

And now… I got to stand beside her for hers.

Not only that, but I had the honor of capturing some of the most precious moments of her day. From the first time I heard about Jonas, I had a feeling they weren’t going to stay “just friends” (iykyk 🤪). He lights up her world, and it was incredible to see their love story come full circle.

Katy girl, I’m so happy for you!🥰

After of a couple months of brainstorming, planning, and creating with an incredible brand designer - i’m so excited to share my new website is officially live! 💻🎉

New look, new vibe, SAME heart. This mini rebrand was exactly what I needed to pull myself out of an intense burnout and reconnect with my WHY. This feels like me — not who I was 5+ years ago, but who I am now. Aligned, inspired, and so ready for something new!

The new site is full of everything I love: romance, playfulness🍸 — and all the moments that make my work so meaningful. She may be a more simple site, but that’s exactly what I wanted. To me, she’s perfect!! 🥳
