Heather Mertz Photography I’m a portrait photographer in the Rogers city area (I do travel). Families, high school seniors, engagements, maternity, weddings, etc.

Born and raised in Northern Michigan I have found my passion in life, Photography. I am a graduate from Alpena Community College and Grand Valley State University where I got my Art and Photography Degree. Mother’s Day Family Session Giveaway!
This is my first year celebrating Mother’s Day with my little one outside of my belly. I want to celebrate that with giving away a 15 minute family session to one lucky winner. I know as a mom most of us tend to never get many portraits with our children so here’s your chance! (If you’re a mom with grown children you can still absolutely enter, our babies are never to old to get portraits with them).

To Enter:
1. Like/Follow my page
2. Invite your entire friends list to this page (To invite your entire friend list look for the three dots towards to top of the page- On a computer it will be all the way to the right next to the all, about, followers..etc. On a cellphone it will be at the top of the page on the right near the cover photo). Click the three dots and then click invite friends. Once there click the select all and send invites at the bottom
3. Tag 3 Mom’s you think deserve to get some pictures of them and their little loves.
4. Share this post (make sure to do so on the public setting so I can see you shared)

*I will be checking to make sure you do all 4*

*The session must take place within Rogers City. It must also be used by December 12th of 2026. You will receive all images that turn out from the session from a downloadable gallery (If you would like a USB of the images there will be a fee). This session may not be used for an already booked session.

Winner will be announced on May 12th on my page.

I hope everyone is holding up during this crazy time. I may not reply fast to messages and emails due to our basement flooding and us having to work at it around the clock but as soon as I can I will get back to everyone.
Everyone out there going through something similar or even worse I will be keeping you all in my thoughts. Keep pushing, we can get through this. Michigan tough

We ended up having their session in the middle of the snow storm we got where there was one really nice day between all the snow after having to reschedule on two other occasion due to weather... I think that day was just meant to be as it was a winter wonderland
