H + G had the backyard wedding of their dreams down in the valley. As clients, turned friends of mine over the years, it was such an honor to document their big day. One day, the little hands will be bigger. The baby curls will grow out. But for now, you all fit on one quilt, your arms are heavier on your walks through the field, and they fit so perfectly between the two of you.

I hope when all of my families look back at their photos years from now, you don’t just remember what this season of life looked like. I hope you remember what it ‘felt’ like.

The way it took me ages to decide on sneak peeks for this Senior Sunday post! Spokesmodel Kendra was a vision in our very own Dehart Park. This volleyball gal is captivating inside and out and was such a joy to have in front of my lens. She is the kind of girl who makes confidence look effortless, and with that she made narrowing it down a beautiful challenge. I love she chose to highlight her love for traveling with me. Primland, you were the perfect setting, wrapping up all the best things about where we live. Thank you so much for having us! Montana woods, chalk-covered hands, a little adrenaline, and a whole lot of love. 🧗🏼‍♀️🌲

Not every dance needs a ballroom and not every photo session needs an open field. There’s something pretty dang special about documenting couples exactly as they are…adventurous, playful, a little wild, and completely wrapped up in each other.

So stoked my cousin could come hang out with his sweetheart for the retreat to make some memories and allow us to document some of their days for them.

Happy Senior Sunday my friends! After being on the constant run with you beautiful clients, it’s a much needed weekend home for me and my family! As I get caught up on posting and editing, I’m excited to share Natalie’s session on the Blue Ridge. I could not get over how regal she was in the sunset glow we got that evening. It’s a full-time job just to narrow down anything for a post from these gorgeous golden hours.
