Mom and Dad you did it. And now you get to hold this whole little world in your arms 🤍

Those first days are a blur 🤍

As a mom, I know how fast everything moves. You’re tired, emotional, deeply in love, and trying to soak it all in at the same time.

The tiny features, their little smiles, the way they rest so peacefully — these moments don’t last long.

Photographing newborns is never just about photos for me. It’s about helping parents remember a season that goes by way too fast.

Hi Friends!

I have to share something really special my friend Adaora is starting — because it’s one of those things you can just feel was created with love.

She’s launching a gentle workout space for moms where you don’t have to be “on,” fit into a box, or worry about perfection. You can bring your kids, move in a way that feels good, and take a breath without stress or guilt.

It’s about caring for your body and your heart, surrounded by other moms who get it. The kind of place where showing up is enough.

If you’ve been feeling tired, overwhelmed, or just needing something for you, this is worth checking out. I’m so proud of her for creating this, and I know it’s going to bless so many moms. ❤️
