Six tiny homes near the water...

In the lower middle portion of the photo are six tiny homes I was hired to photograph. These will be posted to VRBO, AirBNB, etc. as vacation spots, so showing proximity to water in Port O'Connor was key.

The owner was super happy with how this showed the location of these properties as photographed by drone.

This image of a condo building at Kon Tiki in Rockport shows how an aerial image can add drama and dimension to a real estate photo presentation. The unit I photographed is a cozy one bedroom on the ground floor (see arrow), but the view is big and bay access is immediate - as shown!

Story told, property sold!!

I recently photographed and did drone work at the magnificent estate in the heart of Rockport, and within weeks it went under contract.

It's instances like these that affirm that beautiful photography and aerial imaging are important to the marketing of properties at any price level. The buying public needs and expects this, and sellers deserve it.
