Last Thursday, I had the opportunity to photograph the first-ever Charlotte Crown women’s professional basketball game, and what an incredible experience it was!

While I was there, I decided to take a stab at sports photography—and I absolutely loved it. Capturing the energy, excitement, and emotion of the game was such a fun challenge, and it opened my eyes to a whole new side of photography that I’d love to explore more.

A huge thank you to the Hornets Nest Girl Scouts troop for inviting me to be part of such a special event. I’m so grateful for the opportunity!

photos on Quinn’s family dock, and it has me seriously missing those warm, golden evenings by
the water.

My favorite part? When they jumped right into the lake — and their family dog decided to join in
